In preparation for your upcoming visit, please review the following helpful instructions:
Appointments
- There is a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. Arriving later may require rescheduling.
- If for any reason you can’t make your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other pets.
- Our comprehensive examination fee is $70. Further treatment estimates will be provided after the initial evaluation.
- For annual pet visits or cases of vomiting/diarrhea, please bring a stool sample if possible.
- If your dog is having urinary symptoms, please refrain from letting them urinate within one hour prior to the appointment.
- Payment is due when services are rendered.
Patient Safety
- For their safety, dogs must be on a leash at all times while in our lobby.
- Cats must be in a closed and secure carrier, not loose or on a leash.
Parking
- Please see below for a detailed parking map! We recommend using the Ascher parking garage (validated), but other free or paid options are available nearby.
- If you prefer not to park in the Ascher garage, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking.
- Important: The city does NOT allow parking on N. Church St. before 9:00 am. Violation will result in a high likelihood of being ticketed or towed.
